We are able to perform routine tape drive maintenance on all leading brands of tape drive and tape drive library systems and streaming devices. The maintenance we offer is reliable, efficient and professional as we are now over 10 years in this business. Standardized or individual contracts will meet your requirements.

our standard service contract (5x9xNBD) covers:

• telefone support
  Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm,
  Friday 8:00 am - 2 pm
• maintenance period Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• response time 4 hours
• technical support engineer will be on site the next working day after the problem was reported
• costs for repair and spares included
• costs for manpower and travel included
• if available a similar device can be used during the time of repair, costs are included
• minimum time for the maintenance contract 12 months

Autologic Service
In 2001, Agfa bought the American company Autologic, a US manufacturer of prepress systems for the newspaper market.
Autologic CTP's are computer-based document production and publishing systems that automate the pre-press production steps of newspaper and magazine publishers, commercial printers, and other printing and publishing facilities.
We offer as an special service maintenance for existing Autologic CTP systems.
