- maintenance period Monday through

- response
time 4 hours
- technical support engineer will
be on site the next working day after the problem was reported
- costs for repair and spares
included
- costs for manpower and travel
included
- if available a similar device can
be used during the time of repair, costs are included
- minimum time for the maintenance
