experience and solid technical knowledge. For more than 10 years now

- Depot Repair Service

We repair tape drive and
autoloader with tape formats AIT, DAT,
DLT, Exabyte, LTO, Sun/Storagetek and Tandberg as well as small libraries. Since
we operate as a depot service provider, repairs are always executed on our
business premises, ensuring that our specialists can conduct their error
analysis, error recovery and testing under ideal conditions. In our depot
service station we assemble the necessary components, configure and
refurbish the equipment.

- Order processing

- The repairs for most of the tape drives (4 mm,
DAT, 8 mm, DLT , SDLT, AIT, LTO drives and the corresponding autoloader as well
as small libraries) are conducted at fixed prices.
Shipping cost is solely charged for autoloader and tape libraries.
- For defective 9-, 18- or
36-track devices we will send you a cost estimate via Fax or E-mail.
Please ask for a RMA
number
(Return
Material Authorization) to refer to the repair tracking. Turn around time
is about 3 to 5 business days.

The return material authorization number allows you
to check the progress of the repair and proofs that we have got your
equipment.
