Since we operate as a depot service provider, repairs are always executed on our business premises, ensuring that our specialists can conduct their error analysis, error recovery and testing under ideal conditions. In our depot service station we assemble the necessary components, configure and refurbish the equipment.

Repair prices: The repairs for most of the tape drives (4 mm, DAT, 8 mm, DLT , SDLT, AIT, LTO drives and the corresponding autoloader as well as small libraries) are conducted at fixed prices. Shipping cost is solely charged for autoloader and tape libraries. For defective 9-, 18- or 36-track devices we will send you a cost estimate via Fax or E-mail.

warranty: six months "bring-in-service"you only pay the shipment to our service depot,
delivery back to you is free.
Turn around time is about 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping: The delivery of repaired tape drives is free of charge for you. Shipping cost is solely charged for bigger devices as autoloader and tape libraries.
